高雄市區監理所替代役男於寒假期間舉辦為期五天的「學童社區築夢寒令營」（見圖），讓參與課後照顧學童能於輔導期間完成寒假課業，並於團體活動中學習自我激勵及互助合作之成效。
「學童社區築夢寒令營」活動假惠豐里活動中心正式展開為期五天寒假課後輔導，每日上午針對學童寒假作業問題給予協助教導，下午的行程更是多樣豐富，有足壘球、籃球、大地遊戲等，讓小朋友們揮灑汗水，同時培養團隊合作精人氣產品神。另，戶外教學課程包括:自行車行車安全、酒駕3D體驗和大型車內輪差與視野死角體驗等等，藉此讓學童學習到交通安全的正確知識。
高雄市區監理所所長冬啟程表示，役男用心的籌劃與熱情的投入，著實讓家長放心也讓學童不僅僅在課業上得到收穫，也讓這個寒假過得比別人充實更加有意義。
（中央社記者顧荃台北2日電）行政院發言人徐國勇今天轉述院長林全指示，應研議郵輪產業政策，讓郵輪成為觀光產業的重要角色，如發揮城市特色，並與國際船公司配合，增加「Fly Cruise」旅客。
行政院上午舉行院會後記者會，徐國勇在會中作上述表示。
交通部長賀陳旦說明，郵輪產業現在最有發展潛力的就是亞洲市場，台灣人口雖不多，但因地緣適中，位於東北亞和東南亞交界，且南北都有港口，在亞洲市場客源排名第2。
賀陳旦說，東北亞的日韓是成熟的郵輪市場，因此基隆港一年就有300多艘郵輪進港，台灣可以善加利用東北亞的郵輪經驗去開拓東南亞市場，如高雄港發展到馬尼拉、香港或下龍灣之間的航線。
賀陳旦表示，今年郵輪產業有三大亮點目標，第一是去年有超過500艘郵輪、75萬人次遊客來台，今年希望提高到600艘、100萬人次。
第二是澎湖的金龍頭碼頭跟郵輪公司簽約，發展離島航線，這代表在麗星郵輪跟公主郵輪以外，有新的國際郵輪公司進駐。
第三則是在基隆港跟高雄港都能落實郵輪母港，讓國際郵輪在台採購、增加就業機會。希望郵輪不只是個人休閒產品，還能跟國家觀光產業及城市行銷結合。
賀陳旦指出，要發展郵輪產業，需增加台灣的觀光吸引力，並利用結合海運跟航空的「Fly Cruise」（搭乘飛機抵台，續搭乘國際郵輪來回，再搭飛機返國）的做法吸引旅客，像高雄是世界上少數國際海港跟國際航空站有捷運直接連結的城市，就有很好的「Fly Cruise」發展條件 。
他說，因此在簽證方面，今年1月1日起對港澳客實施「一人兩證」，港澳客可以搭飛機來台，搭郵輪進出旅遊後，再搭飛機回去，預期今年港澳客會快速增加，未來該做法也可以針對陸客實施。1060202
